UK via 2nd Class Tracked Royal Mail (2-3) working days): £5.50
USA via International Tracked (7-10 working days): £25

Rest Of World International Tracked (7-10 working days): £25
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.
Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or UK bank holidays. Please allow extra time during busy sale periods.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We ship to all international markets. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.
Depending on your country, you may be charged tax/customs/import fees. These fees are the
sole responsibility of the purchaser. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate
the cost of these charges and we are not responsible for any additional customs
charges or fees once your package has been dispatched.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be sent your tracking information to your email address entered at the checkout. If your tracking number isn’t updating or you haven't received one, please reach out to us as soon as you can.
I HAVE ENTERED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS WRONG- CAN I CHANGE IT?
Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
Whilst we do our best to correct address changes as fast as possible, once your parcel is ready for dispatch we are unable to guarantee amendment. You will need to contact the shipping provider to redirect your parcel.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We understand that there may be occasions when you want to return items that are not suitable.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return/exchange any items.
Please refer to our Returns Policy to ensure your items qualify for a return.
1. Log into your customer account. This should be with the same email the order was placed with.
2. Select the corresponding order and request a return.
3. Select the items you'd like to return and the reasoning. For exchanges, please state the full product name, colour and size in the 'Note' section.
4. Once approved, you may return the items.
To ensure we can identify returns, please enclose a note stating:
- Customer Full Name
- Order Number
- Description of item(s) being returned
- Description of item(s) for exchange

DO I PAY FOR MY RETURN?
Customers must cover the delivery cost for returning goods, unless the items are faulty or not as described.
We take no responsibility for lost or damaged returns. We recommend sending returns via an insured, tracked service to avoid this.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
If you received a product different to what was ordered, we take full responsibility.

I THINK MY ITEM IS FAULTY WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Faulty items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
