Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order to our fulfilment centre; for an exchange or refund. Click here for our returns portal.

Please be mindful that all items must be returned to us in the condition you received them to qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must show no signs of wear; items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unmarked in any way. Please take care to avoid the transfer of make-up or fake tan when trying on garments. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any item for return which is damaged due to staining (food, makeup, sweat, etc.) or scent (perfume or body odour).
  • Items purchased from our Archive collection are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
  • Due to health and hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
  • Online sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Our gift cards are non-refundable.

We do our best to accept all returns. However, where the return is in unsuitable condition, or not within the 14-day policy, it may be returned to the sender.

Please note:

This list is not exhaustive and you accept our right to refuse returns we deem to be in unsuitable condition. 

Refunds will be processed up to 14 working days on receipt of your return, less any shipping fees originally charged. Returns for cash refunds will also have a £2 fee per item in the order deducted. Exchanges are exempt from this as is returning for store credit.

Faulty items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, and this will not affect your statutory rights.

Customers must cover the delivery cost for returning goods, unless the items are faulty or not as described. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged returns. We recommend sending returns via an insured, tracked service to avoid this.
