WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Mainland GB Next Working Day Delivery (order before 12PM) £11.75

UK via 1st Class Tracked Royal Mail (1-2 working days): £6.75

UK via 2nd Class Tracked Royal Mail (2-3) working days): £4.75

US via International Express Tracked (5-7 working days): £20

Europe via International Tracked (3-5 working days): £12

Rest Of World via International Tracked (5-7 working days): £18

Note: Mainland GB Next Day Delivery option excludes Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and Scottish Islands

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or UK bank holidays. Please allow extra time during busy sale and holiday periods.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Unfortunately we're not able to ship to Greece, Czech Republic, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Estonia, Bulgaria, or Hungary at the moment. New EU packaging regulations (PPWR) have introduced compliance costs that make shipping to these countries unviable for us right now. We're sorry for the inconvenience and are keeping this under review.

We ship to all other international markets. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.

ALL U.S. DUTIES ARE INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES. NO SURPRISE FEES AT CHECKOUT OR DELIVERY.

For every other country, you may be charged tax/customs/import fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate the cost of these charges and we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your order has been dispatched. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty or sent in error.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be sent your tracking information to your email address entered at the checkout. If your tracking number isn’t updating or you haven't received one, please reach out to us as soon as you can.

I HAVE ENTERED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS WRONG - CAN I CHANGE IT?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can change your shipping label. However, if it is too late you will have to contact the shipping provider. 

DISCOUNT CODES & FREE SHIPPING
