HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days of purchase and delivery times will be as follows:
United Kingdom - Royal Mail 1st (1-2 days) & 2nd Class (2-4 days)
Channel Islands - Royal Mail Tracked 1st (3-4 days) & 2nd Class (5-6 days)
Rest of World - Royal Mail Tracked International (7-24 days)
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We understand that there may be occasions when you have received items that are faulty and we are very happy provide a replacement or refund. (within 14 days).
If you have received a faulty item we will be happy to replace or refund your item(s). You will need to return the items to our returns address containing a note including your order number, reason for return and whether you would like to refund or exchange.
We unfortunately do not otherwise take returns or exchanges.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Email us at email@example.com to check your eligibility for return. Then we will need you to return your item(s) in their original condition to our returns address within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
